Shan has always held a deep admiration for care workers. Through first-hand experience with the exceptional service provided by some carers, Shan came to truly appreciate the dedication and resilience required in this field.

Shan has also seen the significant challenges they face daily—often constrained by limited budgets, insufficient PPE, and inadequate training provided by care companies.

In response, Shan has brought together a team of experienced professionals committed to making a real difference. With stronger management and a focus on quality and compassion, we believe we can elevate the standard of care and provide meaningful support to those who need it most.

Jasmin Sandhu - Chief Executive Officer

Over the course of more than 14 years, Jasmin has excelled in various leadership roles—driving teams to achieve best-in-class performance while keeping clients at the heart of every initiative.

Her passion for care was born during her father's terminal illness, which spanned over 15 years as he battled a range of physical and mental health challenges. Having served as his sole caregiver, Jasmin experienced firsthand how external support services often fell short of meeting the required standards.

Fueled by these personal experiences and her unwavering determination, Jasmin envisions creating safe, diverse environments where both adults and children receive the tailored care they need

With over 5 years of legal experience and more than a decade in personal care, Nev brings a wealth of expertise rooted in both family care and support for diverse service users. 

Now serving as the Autism and Learning Disability Lead, her hands-on experience has not only deepened her insights into the field but also established her as a senior member of the team. From the very first consultation to co-developing personalised care plans with service users and their families, our approach is always centered around the individual's needs.
